Aviva is a Leadership & Systems Specialist, helping lift the capability and capacity of leaders in order to elevate performance and amplify leadership impact.
In a past life Aviva was a lawyer and conflict-resolution expert. She now works with leaders and organisations seeking growth and change. Aviva delivers leadership programs and provides executive coaching to empower individuals and groups to harness unique strengths to achieve meaningful outcomes. Aviva has a particular interest in enabling transformation at the individual and organisational level, particularly in the face of complexity and change. Aviva has spent over a decade helping leaders improve performance and shift culture through building energised, psychologically safe and creative workplaces.
Aviva works with a broad mix of private and public sector clients in Australia and overseas including; RACV, Adairs, NOVA Entertainment, Citipower-Powercor, Department of Defence, Melbourne Water, BHP, Judo Bank, NAB, RHB and CIMB (Malaysia), Ngai Tahu New Zealand.
Having worked in both consulting and leadership roles – most recently Associate Director of Organisation Learning at Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne - Aviva brings real world experience, combining subject matter expertise and business nous to deliver practical solutions that produce real-world results.
Aviva loves to work in partnership with her clients to create customised solutions that respond to their unique context and needs. Developing deep relationships and warm connections, Aviva approaches each engagement in a spirit of collaboration and possibility.
A life-time student of yoga and a self-professed gym-junkie, Aviva is often dancing between the yin and yang of life. When not working with clients, Aviva is usually ‘working’ on herself, hungry to learn new and edgy ways to expand and grow. Aviva finds this to be her greatest fuel for creating transformative experiences for others.
